Income Requirements
Total household gross monthly income must be 2.5 times the monthly carring charges. All household members that are 18 years of age and older are used to calculate househole income.
Maximum Income Requirements
At the time of move-in, if the current combined household income of all household members who are 18 years or older exceed the below limit for their household size, the household is subject to a 10% surcharge of the monthly carring charges.
